Et Cetera in 2021

A note on where we are in 2021, and how you can get involved.

The publication is currently on hiatus, as we figure out our future structure and funding model.

Since Et Cetera launched its first edition in March 2018, teams of student editors and contributors from across Australia have shaped it into an important platform that cultivates discussion and ideas that speak to the experience of being a student in Australia. We’ve also worked with the Union of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Students to launch Songlines, a publication we host on our website.

As Covid-19 continues to limit the student experience on campus, we’re keen to restart Et Cetera in the coming months – but we need you!

If you are interested in getting involved, either as an editor or contributor, please get in touch by emailing [email protected].

As a volunteer group reliant on donations, the pandemic has affected Et Cetera’s financial position. If you’re in a position to help us cover our website maintenance and functioning costs, you can do so below.

Thank you.

Support Et Cetera

Et Cetera is maintained by unpaid student editors and volunteers. Despite their hard work, there are ongoing costs for critical website maintenance and communications. Et Cetera is not linked to any specific university, and as such, is unable to access funding in the way most campus publications are able to.

Given our primary audience is university students, we appreciate not all of our readers are in a position to contribute financially.

This is why Et Cetera's survival relies on readers like you, who have have enjoyed, or been challenged, by our work. We appreciate every dollar that is donated.
